A: As a teenager I had a very bad relationship with food and a lot of body image issues, which lead me to reaching my heaviest weight of 110kg at the age of 18. After turning my life around and losing over 30kgs through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes, I studied to become a PT and Nutrition coach, so I could help others transform their lives too. I've been working in the industry for just over 5 years now, and there's not a day I would change what I do! Q: Favourite RF30 session? A: Definitely our Tuesday/Thursday Strength days, however- I do love the feeling of walking (or crawling) away from a Shred session! Q: Favourite Exercise?
