24.01.2022 Easy 280kg Squat today by Poinga Biddle (21 Years Old) Poinga’s training has changed the past 6 weeks transitioning from the gym to our Cross training classes, since then he’s lost 16.6kgs. 06.01.2022 With a new sunrise, comes a new day. A chance for new beginnings, fresh starts and an opportunity to reflect. Yesterday I did something out of character and let my emotions dictate my actions. A long time ago I promised myself I would be better. Better at managing my emotions, better at communicating and just an all round better man for the day I got to become a father. Reflection is hard but it is necessary and has been important in my life to take ownership over my actions.... After a heavy reflection I know the post I wrote on my business page was hurtful. Even though I didn’t physically hurt people, I allowed my hurt and my emotions take over me. I may have been pushed well past my limits and for those who know me, know I’m very patient but I failed the big test of the man I’ve been trying to become and went down a path that still has the same hurt, disrespect and consequences. You can’t fight hurt with hurt, disrespect with disrespect or hate with hate. It is hurtful enough for everyone that the gym will now close and losing myself to my anger and emotions no matter how hurt I was, doesn’t help anyone grieve for the loss of RTC. Even though the gym wasn’t a person it was a living community that many relied on to get them through their day. To those I hurt I apologise. To the many amazing members I have had the opportunity to get to know very well, I will miss our conversations and laughs. It was tough and surreal locking down the gym last night and I wish I had more patience and strength in me to keep it going but my health and my family’s health is what’s important to me. If I’m honest I should have done this a long time ago to at least preserve the once unbreakable bond between brothers. At the end of the day we all must live with our choices in life and time does heal hurt and pain but if we don’t have the ability to reflect on our actions no matter how hard it hurts then we won’t learn the lessons gifted to us. I will be stronger when my next test arrives and I will continue to work on myself because no one deserves to feel hurt, despite how hurt I was feeling. Lj

05.01.2022 Thanks to the members who were able to make it down tonight it was good to catch up one last time at RTC! We're both really sad to be closing this chapter but we're very grateful for the memories and the new friends in our life. Perfect relationships don't exist but what's important is we learn from our conflicts and hard times. We want our members to know we're both ok, we've started the process of healing and we are supportive of what we both have planned for the future ... #RTCFAM for life
