10.01.2022 Hi it is Tony (the Village Manager) here. I am giving Gordon a break so i would appreciate your feedback of my efforts with Facebook. Villa 10 is now on the market and ready for inspection. Jo Falkenstein from Cairns Home Staging & Styling has done a terrific job in presenting this property for us and the feedback from the residents who have already had a sneek preview is very positive. I think some would like to swap their villa's and move in. Kelly White from Picturesque... Photography will be in the village over the weekend to do a video for us and hopefully we will be able to download the video of this beautiful home mid next week. Villa 10 has some great features but for me the Villa's and Units at Heritage Gardens all offer generous space. The new refurbished villa's are bright, comfortable and cool in summer. The Village has magnificent gardens (we have awards to back that up) and the community facilities are excellent. The community hall is a great place to relax, get involved in activities, enjoy one of those $2.50 beers wines or even the $1 soft drinks. Oh the bottled water is free. Have the family over and use the village 6 burner BBQ (if you have crowd) and the grand kids are welcome in the pool. So please come and have a look. I think this is great value for your money. 02.01.2022 Hi all Here is our latest offering in the refurbished villa's market - Unit 21. This is a roomy 1 bedder located opposite the Community Hall and beside Lions Park and the Earlville Tennis Club.. The video will tell the story, but we are so proud of Gordon's efforts in presenting us with this wonderful home. 01.01.2022 Quite a wee while since we have posted very much on our site - we have truly ruly been too busy. That and your correspondent broke himself a bit spectacularly, and then something called Covid paid a visit, and then Mark Zuckerberg did seem to be paying far too much attention to our posts.... but mea culpa, my bad, and lets move right along...... OK - some new and hugely updated offerings in beautiful Heritage Gardens. We have taken 4 of our units are are in the process of a t...otal ground up reno. New flooring, new doors, skirtings and architraves, new electrics, new circuit boards, new air con, new window treatments, new kitchens, bathrooms and laundry. I am so proud of all the people that are helping us to achieve all this, and I hope you like the results. Our first two bedroom unit finished, with a 1 bedroom right on the park ready in a week or so, and another large two bedroom villa ready in a month or so. See more
