Friendship, community and life long people in your corner? There was complete flexibility - you could do all or none of the elements of the weekend. Food & Wine which was so much yum. Be 100% yourself, the authenticity and vulnerability was heart warming. Rest. Recover. Relax. Breathe. ... I’m beyond grateful. My cup is filled so high.
