21.01.2022 Emotions shape the horse, horses look most beautiful when they feel proud and confident, when they express their joy for life and also when they are relaxed, ...happy, calm and composed. I always try to train in a way that my horses can feel proud and beautiful, calm and collected ! I love to empower them, giving them command of their body and mind when with me . They become more supple, balanced connected and interested in me ! To address the body it all starts in the mind! Mind, body, spirit are one. When they inhabit their body with spirit and joy it shows in their movement, when they can dance and play with me, hone better command and control of themselves through our training, this is my highest achievement. I believe that if I allow my horse access to his emotions in the training, and when I let the emotion shape the horse, it will be so much more beautiful and true as when I just control the horse like a puppet on a string. Therefore, I do not want to take away the horse’s emotions, even if they might not be pleasant for me sometimes. I do not want obedience, obedience is an empty form . It’s why I love liberty and I use liberty a lot but once you work this dway , you will always work this way , even with tack!
