16.01.2022 My "Art Studio - ABCs of Drawing" is underway for Term 1. It's all about learning the essentials of structure, technique, execution... as well as developing personal creativity as students progress. My broad Art Education background includes Fine Arts, Commercial Art, Illustration, Architectural Drawing, Creative / Expressive / Therapeutic Arts and Graphic Design. Lots of skills and knowledge are incorporated into my classes which I love to share with my students.

03.01.2022 In our modern world of technology - screens, devices, gadgets etc. we can sometimes be pulled away from nature and 'real life'. We are of course human beings, not robots (not yet anyway!), so interaction with nature is vital. Within the Therapeutic process, I often suggest spending quality time out in the fresh air... whether it's simply laying on the grass in the backyard or park, or even walking along the beach or river. It is truly amazing how frequent connections with nature can have positive effects on the mind and body.
