A: Rates start at $47 per tape for durations of up to 4 hrs, and fall from there depending on your quantities. ... All our transfers include pre-transfer physical tape cleaning, so your tape is transferred looking its best 12 months free subscription to our 3VAULT, triple-location data backup service 12 months warranty period use of a range of professional decks, so we can match your tape to the deck it looks best on access to time-base correctors to improve image quality access to Dynamic Noise Reduction to lessen picture noise (graininess) the security of a bricks & mortar storefront, with the convenience of late trading hours We offer reduced pricing on large jobs for low priority processing (excluding Nov 1 - Dec 25) Tried & tested, quality USB brands supplied at super competitive rates. For VCR tapes if we notice TV footage after having earlier recorded home movie footage on that tape, our policy is to quit recording at that point, and edit out the TV footage. This saves you money with a smaller USB, and most people don't want the TV footage anyway. But we can capture the entire tape if you prefer, understanding that $10/hr surcharge applies where a tape exceeds 4 hrs in duration (a pretty rare occurrence), and the USB might be a bit larger so some extra cost may apply there as well. If you have a lot of very short tapes among your tapes (under 10 mins) we may, at our discretion, offer a 10% discount on those tapes. Not applicable if any other discounts apply to your project.
