15.01.2022 Lunchbox (leftovers) ideas: Did you know that poached eggs keep really well in the fridge? Breakfast today makes great leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Grilled asparagus, poached eggs, ricotta cheese, pickled ginger. So yum. It’s going to taste amazing on warm toast tomorrow too!

14.01.2022 I eat lunch at roughly the same time every day. Most of us do. So taking a reusable with me when I pick up takeaway is pretty easy, it doesn’t require planning or pre-thought. I get to eat from glass too rather than soggy cardboard or gross plastic. Convenience is being able to takeaway. Thank you @missjacksoncafe for making it easy to make conscious choices (& for consistently the most delicious food!)

09.01.2022 Back then, I was working in an office everyday & I was constantly filling up the rubbish bin under my desk. Every single workday the bin was full to the brim with mostly food containers. I was a busy professional who wanted to do my bit - I realized reusing a food container, like I already did with my coffee cup, was one of the easiest things I could do that would actually make a real difference that I could see - Veronica, retub founder, reflecting on why she created retub... Each of us here at retub have experienced what a Retub does - it gets conversations started with strangers who sometimes just like the look of it but by the end of the conversation, want one for themselves. It makes us feel so proud to hold one. It enhances the experience of takeaway food or even leftovers. It makes us think of what else we can do to drive positive change in our day to day lives.
