22.01.2022 Return to Perform Physiotherapy is remaining open unless further announcements are made regarding restriction updates. We are maintaining our safe and diligent hygiene practices including COVID-19 forms, temperature checks, hand sanitisation upon entry and exit, individual use of towels, antibacterial cleaning after every patient and the usage of face masks. It is timely that our @ironedgetraining equipment has arrived, and we are now commencing small physiotherapy exercise... group classes, whilst maintaining covid safe practices. This offer can help get you through the latest restrictions on physical activity and for your benefit, some of these costs can be claimed through your private health. 22.01.2022 Hey everyone, My name is Lachlan Sheffield and I’m really excited to finally be able to share with you what I’ve been working on for the past couple of months. Return to Perform Physiotherapy is officially open for business, and I am working out of the practice 5 days a week. I’m a qualified physiotherapist with an interest in sporting and running injuries, as well as strength and conditioning. I’m passionate about fitness, health and well-being and getting people back to ...perform In my spare time I enjoy running, playing footy and surfing, and I’m an active member of local sporting teams including Henley Sharks, Grange Surf Club, Port Adelaide Athletics Club and Wasps Sprint Squad. We will be maintaining our strict covid-safe distancing practices as well as hygiene measures to prevent the spread and do our part to keep SA safe. 06.01.2022 Just a reminder RTP Physiotherapy will be out of action this week. Lachlan will be competing on the Sunshine Coast in the Surf lifesaving Australian Titles. The phones will still be ringing and we will do our best to take your calls.
