19.01.2022 Often we either don’t make TIME to or we might feel uncomfortable about confronting ourselves and learning about who we are. This activity is perfect for freeing up space FOR YOU, ABOUT YOU. And who doesn’t LOVE colouring in pictures ... Especially RAINBOWS! The BEST THING about this ACTIVITY for me was the time I spent each day simply getting to KNOW MYSELF better. I discovered that FEAR was probably my HARDEST EMOTION to look into so perhaps I need to pay MORE ATTENTION to... it, to UNDERSTAND it BETTER. I’ll probably also FIGURE OUT what might be holding me back from certain THINGS IN LIFE so I can CONQUER them. Plus, for a RAINBOW to SHINE you need to see all its COLOURS! A really REFLECTIVE and SELF-SATISFYING activity with some FUN. Now let’s see YOUR TRUE COLOURS! Activity #2 details: ‘COLOURED-IN’ - Colour in a rainbow and write down the things that make you feel the emotion that matches with each colour. Add your name and you’ll have a rainbow that represents YOU! 15.01.2022 Kids activity #1 - MY CAPE competition WINNER is.... *drumroll* GYPSY Gypsy’s CAPE was so COOL. She had her INITIALS on the back and a special SUPER POWER for her hands. Gypsy also had a FAMILY MEDAL she wore that was for doing GOOD DEEDS and HELPING other families in need. The FEATURES didn’t stop there though - on the back was a FLOWER, a PHONE CASE and FREEZE POWER!!! The freeze power FREEZES anyone who might try and SNEAK UP on her and get her. 14.01.2022 I had the HONOUR and PRIVILEGE of joining LAURA from Educating Laura - After the Bell podcast and tutoring recently to share in DISCUSSION on her PODCAST. It was an AWESOME and FULFILLING EXPERIENCE answering her topical questions and sharing our insights together. We CHATTED about my PERSONAL JOURNEY in the EDUCATION SYSTEM as a TEEN, my GROWTH as an INDIVIDUAL and IN DEPTH and HONEST CONVERSATION about my BATTLES with MENTAL HEALTH and DRUG ADDICTION. Laura was so EASY to C...HAT to with her WARMING NATURE that it felt pretty COMFORTABLE talking about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING the whole way through with her. With her INTRIGUING QUESTIONS it paved the way for me to ANSWER WITH INTEREST I think to those who HAVE A LISTEN. Obviously, I’m going to ENCOURAGE YOU all to have a LISTEN and that’s because it’s a pretty UP-FRONT CHAT between 2 people about MENTAL HEALTH and DRUG ADDICTION. It could RESONATE WITH YOU or SOMEONE YOU KNOW and might MAKE A DIFFERENCE. THANKS so much Laura - I LOVE your WORK!!! 11.01.2022 MUSIC IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE!!! For anyone with kids and looking to have a bit of fun on this fine Sunday afternoon, tune into this special event encouraging everyone to brighten up their day with a boogie on the dance floor. Music for me has always been one of my greatest passions and it began way back when I was a kid in my single digits. Dancing is so good for the soul, it grounds us and makes us smile.... 11.01.2022 It’s been 2 WEEKS of FUN with my kids activity- MY CAPE. I’ve seen some really COOL CAPES made and the FEATURES on them have been AMAZING. Harry even went the extra yard and made a SHIELD! Most IMPORTANTLY all the KIDS had a BLAST! Here’s some pictures of the capes I’ve seen over the last couple of weeks. ... 09.01.2022 On FRIDAY I had such a FUN time having been GIFTED the OPPORTUNITY to do a LIVE STORY TIME reading to the KIDS of Knox Central Primary School. It was a bit SPECIAL as it was the FIRST TIME I’ve read my children’s book A HERO BORN to a group of kids. It COULDN’T have GONE ANY BETTER. The kids were FANTASTIC LISTENERS, asked some AWESOME QUESTIONS and above all they LOVED the book!... ON TOP of that a heap of the kids made their very own CAPES after watching my KIDS ACTIVITY - MY CAPE (on Facebook and Instagram TV. I’m RAPT that I could put some SMILES on their FACES and sunshine in their day! THANKS so much to the LITTLE HEROES and everyone at KNOX CENTRAL PRIMARY SCHOOL, you’ll be FOREVER REMEMBERED as the first group of kids I read to. 05.01.2022 Everyone, this is Adam Wierzbowski. Today I wanted to SHOW my GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION to this BLOKE for his HELP with A HERO BORN. The best way to describe WIZ would be - he’s LIKE a Personal Trainer. Through the WHOLE PROCESS of creating A HERO BORN he was there ENTHUSIASTIC as hell and MOTIVATING me to KEEP GOING. He helped with heaps of DIFFERENT THINGS like testing the MIRROR in a book, SOURCING a MANUFACTURER, sharing IDEAS, attending MEETINGS and building the WEBSI...TE. That’s just to name a few things, there was PLENTY MORE he came on the RIDE for... ABOVE ALL though, it was his CONFIDENCE he INSTILLED in me that what I was doing was a GREAT decision and that KIDS would LOVE my BOOK. It kept me on the PATH to COMPLETION. Always with EAGERNESS and a SMILE too. I COULDN’t have DONE it WITHOUT YOU mate. You’re an absolute LEGEND. Thanks again!

03.01.2022 The LITTLE HEROES of Elwood Primary School and I had a FUN afternoon TODAY. On this BEAUTIFUL SUNNY THURSDAY I did a LIVE VIRTUAL READING this afternoon. I got to INTRODUCE MYSELF to a heap of SMILING FACES, TELL them a little bit ABOUT MYSELF and MY BOOK, do the READING of A HERO BORN and TALK a little bit ABOUT what it is to BE YOUR OWN HERO. After the reading the KIDS had a heap of AWESOME QUESTIONS for me too. They were definitely a CURIOUS BUNCH at Elwood Primary School.... The HIGHLIGHT for me was the HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE I got at the end. It really put a SMILE on my dial. You’re the best LITTLE HEROES! THANKS so much for having me in today and for being such a RIPPING BUNCH! Many THANKS to my lovely NEIGHBOUR Ivana Momic for ORGANISING it with Jacqueline Hughes.
