24.01.2022 5 DAYS TILL WE ARE BACK

20.01.2022 2018 HERE WE ARE! & were back for another year! What a year we had last year We moved locations, met awesome new people, grew plenty of muscle - burnt plenty of fat, we had our first challenge and throughout last year I had been growing a new member for the revamp family... my daughter Mackenzie joined the world on the 8th of November! ... All you mothers out there, you are all superwomen because that labour was certainly a WORKOUT! We have been a bit MIA on social media the last few months but that’s all about to change because Revamp commences back this month! The 15th of January is when Group PT’s and Private sessions will begin (times and days will be changing so please don’t go by our current timetable). I will be notifying all existing clients this week, if you have any questions please feel free to private message our page! I am so excited to see everyone and give you all some lovely muscle pain that I’m sure you have missed BRING ON 2018!

17.01.2022 Dear father of fitness, forgive me for I am about to sin. With stuffing a whole bunch of corn chips in my mouth

17.01.2022 6.2kg and 35cm difference It doesn’t sound like a lot but the pictures show otherwise... same bathers, same girl - different diet, different training This girl is so hard working, not only in the gym but also in her personal life. Work, study, injuries normally are common reasons why people don’t find the time to go to the gym but this girl has all that in her way but made a commitment to herself to attend 2-3 gym sessions each week. ... Sometimes we just need a reminder of how far we have come and that our hard work and efforts don’t go unrecognised. Emma you look amazing See more

17.01.2022 As all my awesome clients know we have a new owner at our current address 2/25 Virginia Street. We are no longer under the fitness centre Forge we are now in Emma Ladds Fitness centre! A huge congratulation to Emma & team for their hard work over this long weekend setting up with a new floor plan, new lightening, fresh paint, few new pieces of torture and getting everything ready for the week ahead tomorrow! ... You will all meet Emma tomorrow morning at our 9am class because for the next 3 weeks we have... combined FORCES! Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays 9am classes will now have two trainers Will it be harder with two of us there? You be the judge on that SEE YOU ALL IN THE MORNING!

14.01.2022 It’s been over a year since my last post. I’ve been busy raising two babies and working with only existing clients. What a year 2020 has been though It has certainly been a long 8 months without much assurance as to when we would be able to reopen however, as of this afternoon we were given the all clear for NOVEMBER 8 ... To say I am overwhelmed is an understatement, only being open for 10 days in June I am looking forward to seeing everyone! I will contact all those over the next day or so who already had sessions booked and have been eager to getting back! If anyone is looking to become more active post lockdown, haven’t trained for a long time or & we haven’t met feel free to contact via DM or our Instagram. Revamp Personal Training is now at a new location at Jetts Mornington (address in bio above). IM SO EXCITED TO SEE EVERYONE AND SWEAT OUR LITTLE HEARTS OUT

10.01.2022 Happy Friday Cheers to our kick ass, hard working week, Here's to our weekend of donuts & wine.

06.01.2022 It's been just over 2 months since our 8 week challenge was completed! 8 weeks 56 days 32.5cm down ... 4.6kg down Thanks to our friends at Body Insights once again we were able to see great results with this lovely lady dropping 5.6% body fat and gaining .600grams of skeletal muscle mass. Consistency is the key to any success, whether it is moving forward in your professional career or taking on a challenge with your health. YOYO diets, training trends and fads will not keep your mind or your body consistent. Jaz's training was various weight & cardio. Not only do her results show visually but her training and strength were dramatically improved. I believe she started to understand how hard she could push herself and why we were doing certain training methods. Your training should always change and should never remain the same. In order for your body to make a difference you must be continuously progressing - sticking to the same weight, exercises, eating habits, set and rep range will keep you remaining the same. Our challenge classes were capped and were smaller than our timetable classes as it was more personal and allowed people to explore their own potential. You also need to understand why you are doing the training you are doing, when you have a better understanding you will push yourself harder. (And we don't mean running faster/harder on the sled) One thing I cannot forget to mention would be how dedicated and hard working she is. She always comes in cheerful but gives her training 100% focus with anything she does. I am sure there are certain exercises and muscle groups she detests training but she will never show that she doesn't like it, instead she fights through it. 2 months on and she is still training and kicking goals Here is what she had to say about our 8 week challenge: I loved the different training that we did in the challenge using pods and a board to follow what we were doing, I loved that there was a small group of us doing it and that we were all experiencing the same thing and able to bounce ideas and support off each other, the meal plan helped me to better understand food and what better choices were, it also gave me the knowledge to continue on with it outside the challenge and of course the best personal trainer to support and encourage us along the way to achieve the best possible results Well done Jaz you look wonderful

05.01.2022 Just a nice little Sunday night motivation This woman right here works her absolute ass off - not only in the gym but in life! Do not think it doesn't go unrecognised because it certainly doesn't SimonyPony! ... At the very start of the year we had a little discussion, after months of training and no real weight change we went through Simone's diet thoroughly with a fine comb and discovered that even though she wasn't eating bad (meat & veg) it wasn't the right meat & veg... so we changed it up! On a wim - we just changed a few things around increased her protein, lowered her carbs, unnecessary sugars & more regular eating! Within a few weeks she had lost 5-7kg! In total she has lost 15kg since the start of the year and even more on a roll now. The best thing about this story though is there has been ups and downs in her life, struggles and successes, weeks where her new eating regime was put on hold, enjoyed some & fine dining and she STILL has not put on anything else - something happened... her metabolism has changed! Simone trains 2-4 times a week with a mixture of weight sessions and cardio. This woman is an absolute rockstar being a full time working mother & still manages to kick her goals. Changing your habits can be difficult, but consistency, good times in moderation and reminding yourself when to get back on track is the key. Life is not perfect so don't have that expectation Well done babe!

05.01.2022 MONDAY LEGS Starting the week off right Only psychopaths enjoy training legs twice a week, for most of us we do it because we know it's beneficial not because we generally enjoy it... or do we? This weeks 9am Monday was a nice combination of cardio & strength for our Glutes, Hamstrings & Quads.... Summer is now fast approaching and these ladies are getting their 's into shape! See more

04.01.2022 sometimes I just love social media... ain't that the truth!

02.01.2022 Oh the accuracy...
