07.01.2022 Egr would have to be worst design for vehicles particularly Diesel engines, engines like clean air not recycled exaust gases straight back through the intake, so maintenance needs to be carried out regularly clean out the soot from egr valve and manifold, today’s issues was a egr valve fault open circuit on the the valve solenoid, removed and replaced valve all good to go!!!
