24.01.2022 Fitness Tip Of The Day . . One of the main reasons why people often find they cant sleep is because theyre thinking about all of the things they need to do the next day. Keep a small notebook on your night table and write down everything in your head. This will tell your brain you dont have to remember it anymore and will actually help you fall asleep faster.

21.01.2022 Motivational Emails-Client Results Hey guys, theres been some awesome feedback around my weekly motivational emails (including fitness tips and client results). I thought Id quickly share the one of those emails as it reasonated with quite a few of you. . .... This was not easy to hear but the first time I heard this, it completely changed my way of thinking. "Everything is your fault ." This didnt only change my way of thinking but also how I acted on daily basis. Before I was a coach I used to make excuses all the time. In fact I still did for a while when I did become a coach. I cant have the job I want because my English (not first language) is not good enough. I cant become a coach because Im not as fit as other coaches. I was late because of the traffic or the alarm. I am too tired to train because I have had a crazy busy week with clients. My clients are not getting results because they are not putting in the work. This is rarely true! We must look at ourselves first. I made these excuses for a long time and sometimes I still do. The moment we eliminate excuses we find our results and our true potential in life. This is the hard truth. The reason you are in the job you are in is your fault. The reason you are in the relationship you are in is your fault. The reason you are on the income you are on is your fault. The reason your health is deteriorating is your fault. Even if something isnt your fault, treat it like it is. Its easy to blame everything else but yourself but the reality is we make several decisions per day and we are the byproduct of those decisions. When we are faced with temptation, we have a choice to give in or have discipline. When we are faced with an opportunity, we can take it or leave it. . . 20.01.2022 Fantastic 9 week results with Tanaya Deshpande . . Tanaya just finished her first 9 weeks of training and has made some huge changes regarding her health and fitness during this time. .... Her initial goal when we first met was quite simple. I want to get in the best shape possible for my wedding. Then we had a look at what that would look like and shes definitely on the right track right now. . Her determination and consistency when it comes to our training program and nutrition is inspiring and hard to match . 20.01.2022 6 MONTHS TRAINING PROGRESS . PB Deadlift - 95kg (no deadlifts 6 months ago) PB Hip Trust -130kg (35kg 6 months ago)... When I first started coaching Marina and helping her out with her programs she wanted to tone up, get stronger and really shape her lower body. She was not doing any hip trust or deadlifts at the time. . . Dont get me wrong, she worked very hard (12 training session/week to be exact). Also she was eating roughly 1200cal/day. . Weve put a plan in place and given her training the structure needed in order to get results. Marina trains x5 week now and eats around 2300cal. 09.01.2022 Hey guys, . . As some of you might be aware Ive been a full time coach for years now and after another year of studying I recently got certified as an online coach. Perfect timing I believe as online training has been a fantastic way to keep my clients accountable during this time. The main reason I did this is to be able to help more people transform their bodies and live a healthier lifestyle. 08.01.2022 Client Recognition - Vanessa This is an older post I wanted to share of my good friend and client Vanessa. This is what we achieved in our first 9 weeks together. Weve now set some strong health and fitness goals to get Vanessa in the best shape she has ever been in for her upcoming birthday in October. . Whats still very interesting about this transformation is that even though there is a big visual difference, on the scale we have only lost 3 kg between the photos. ...However she has managed to increase her skeletal muscle and lose most of that weight from her fat mass. . Since this photo, Vanessa has managed massively improve her strength and fitness. She can can do over 20 body weight push ups, 5 unassisted chin ups and deadlift 80kg. . The most impressive thing about Vanessa is her work ethic. She is a mother of 3, a wife, works hard on her job and somehow always manages to MAKE TIME for her health and fitness . 08.01.2022 Client Results - Tara Begley . . Big congratulations to my good friend and client Tara. We did our goals session yesterday and I thought Id quickly share her results. Because they are awesome. .... Her hard work and consistency with her training during the covid period has been second to none. Even though we changed her training time from the late afternoon in a cosy studio to early/cold mornings at the park. (Sorry but it paid off Tara ) . This is almost 8kg difference in her before and afters since we took her first photo. To be completely honest the body composition scan wasnt as good as we taught it was going to be due to slight changes/variables in the way the scan was performed. . This why I cant stress enough how important it is to use more than one way to track progress. Photos, measurements, performance based fitness goals, the way you fit&feel in your clothes etc. . Instead of her walking away dissapointed with 1 not so good scan yesterday we went over the before and afters we took instead. Now weve got new goals, new program and new direction with where were going with Taras health and fitness until the end of the year. . 05.01.2022 Fantastic Results - Sarah . . Massive congratulations to my online client Sarah. Not too long ago I posted about a scholarship/program I was awarding. After receiving lots of great applications, I offered Sarah a spot in my 8 week program. During the last 8 weeks Sarah had some amazing results that we wanted to share with everyone. .... . Sarah had over 85% of workout completion and has massively improved her overall strength in most of the exercises we performed. This is also reflected in her before and after photos where we can see a drastic difference in her waist, hips and legs. The reason I say drastic is because Sarah hasnt actually lost much weight at all but she has lost body fat and put on some lean muscle mass. Some of the highlights in the program include: . . Deadlifts starting point 10-15kg - 40kg (more than double or 260% increase - sounds much better) Push Ups progressing from bar to the floor Chin ups progressing from 64kg - 50kg DB Bent over progressing row 8kg to 10 kg . . Sarah has battled a couple of injuries that we had to work around and has also been away on a couple of occasions.
