20.01.2022 Part-time Administrator position available mid July. Reverse Garbage is a self funded, not for profit environmental organisation. RG was started by educators and we’ve been educating the community for almost fifty years! Our education team provides workshops, school visits and community programs that encourage environmentally sustainable behaviours and creative reuse. We are currently located in Marrickville but will be moving to Summer Hill in early 2022. We are looking for ...an organised, detailed, customer focussed part-time (up to 25hrs/week) administrator who will be the initial contact for email, phone inquiries and bookings. Key activities: Respond to email and phone inquiries & bookings Booking calendar management (Google Calendar) Quote creation (Xero) Essential: Proficient experience with gmail, excel, google calendar and google docs. Previous customer service experience. Preferred: Experience using Xero accounting software Availability Monday to Fridays (up to 5hrs/day) Reverse Garbage offers flexible conditions, easy free parking and a discount scheme for staff.
