06.01.2022 In the community working with aged people this is our bread and butter.. even with common fallers you would be supprised how many are doing absolutely nothing about it. This is a great little video showing you what you can do at home to prevent falls. Prefer to do it in a group there are great Community falls groups like stepping on that can help.
