25.01.2022 Lemon & Mint sugar scrub. 1 cup of sugar 3 tbsp of coconut oil 3 drops of pepermint oil... 3 drops of lemon oil Optional - grated lemon peel and chopped up mint leaves. Whipped this little beauty up this afternoon. Percect to exfoliate away all that dead skin after winter and get ready for spring! This legit took about 5 minutes to whip up and smells oh so good The lemon cleanses your skin while the peppermint leaves it feeling cool and fresh.

Coconut & Tahini Bliss Balls 1 cup medjool dates... 1/4 cup of hulled Tahini 1/2 cup (approx) coconut oil 1 cup of coconut (extra to roll) 1 cup of almond meal 4 drops of DoTerra Lemon essential oil (or however much you like) Optional I added some cacao and maca powder for extra benefits Blend all together in vitamix or food processor Roll into balls and refrigerate!
