Be smart, dont panic and just stay on top of what is going on. Look after your health, boost your immune system ( a simple 4 pieces of good quality Himalayan Pink Rock Salt with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or eat an orange for a few days straight.) Stay away from following everyone like sheep and just take care of yourself and family. Be KIND, YOU GOT THIS

Easier said than done, I sure know that, but I give it my all. I love to help people and this gives me a feeling of being there for people in need. There are days I question myself, but I feel so grateful for what I have. Testing times for us all, as best as you can get out in nature, just go for a walk, take in some deep breaths and give yourself positive affirmations.
