We do very much appreciate you reaching out to us and being so eager and excited about coming back in to resume your sessions. It appears that Friday there will be some more announcements made on different businesses being able to reopen. Hopefully that puts us not far away from doing the same.... As you know, Revival has a unique advantage in being a boutique wellness centre. You can enjoy most of our services on your own in your own private room, like the dome and cabin saunas, Oxygen/Hydrogen Airpod and Cool Body Fat Freezing. Even with our very popular Endermologie treatments you are wearing your own body stocking and being massaged with a treatment head rather than hands on. Our other health treatments like thermal imaging and physiospect assessments are also non-touch and distanced. Our papilio machines are also well and truly distanced from each other and as you know always thoroughly cleaned after every use. The past weeks have provided us with the opportunity to spring clean the clinic and be ready to reopen. We have all the protocols in place for this to happen so bring it on I say!! 20.01.2022 QUESTIONS ON COVID-19 I put this info together from publicly available info. All figures are suspect in times like these, BUT Why the major differences between regions?... Why is northern Asia TWENTY times better than Europe at containing the virus? The "% Mortality" figure shows the death rate in 'completed' cases.ie, they either get better or die. WHY do around 40% of people in USA or Europe die while only 8% in Asia and 2% in Oceania? Are our immune systems that different? Is the virus ethno selective? Are the medical systems in USA and Europe that BAD or the medical systems in Oceania and Asia that GOOD?? No doubt there will be sqillions of studies done on this contagion over the next decade. We may get some answers to these questions. In the meantime, stay the hell away from the Netherlands and Ireland.

14.01.2022 We are often encouraged to eat better and exercise. Everyone knows what they should be doing. The other two are little understood and infrequently addressed.... The collective "Establishment" tells us to eat five serves of vegetables and two of fruit per day. Less than five percent of us do this. It's the same with exercise. Why we don't is another issue - not for this article. The same Establishment says to keep slim (Eating Choices) and exercise... Serious questions arise when you look at someone like Dean Mercer, the champion Iron Man, who suddenly died in his late forties, from a heart attack, a few years back. Still supremely fit and eating well... He did everything the Establishment said to do... And yet his family suffered this catastrophe. We cannot be sure WHY this happened... But we have some very strong suspicions based on years of study in this area. After years of digesting research from some of the top scientists in the world it is very clear that our diets are not providing us with sufficient nutrition for optimal health. We really need to supply our bodies with EXTRA NUTRIENTS. When you look at Dean Mercer, one must wonder whether his high level of exercise rapidly burned up his nutrients over decades contributing to his fatal disease. The other unknown is the level of toxicity. The more research that is published the more it is apparent that toxicity is involved in the development of many diseases. 03.01.2022 Keep Mentally Agile As You Age Research from the University of Tel Aviv, published in July 2020, shows that hyperbaric therapy can improve cognitive function in older adults. The main areas of improvement were attention, information processing speed, and executive function, in addition to the global cognitive function, all of which typically decline with age. Moreover, there was a significant correlation between the cognitive changes and improved cerebral blood flow in specif...ic brain locations. There are two significant factors contributing to our general cognitive decline as we age... The first if a reduction of oxygen to the brain. The second is oxidative stress. Caused by free radicals, this is the same process as metal rusting or an apple going brown when it is cut open. Revival has enjoyed the benefits of the AirPod Hydroxy since July 2019...
