05.01.2022 What are you not finding the time to do this week? Where can you create some time? 2yrs ago I was struggling to find the time for myself to meditate so I decided to set the alarm 10mins early. 10mins turned to 15 and then gradually getting up that bit earlier each day. I now naturally wake around 5am ( I know it’s not everyone’s idea of the best time to wake) but for me it works. I am ready to start my day filled with wonder and excitement about what lies ahead and I have created the time that I wanted for myself to mediate, journal and have my own yoga practice. If you had just a little bit of time for yourself, how would you spend it?

01.01.2022 Thank you all for your love and support this year. I feel truely blessed to have been able to continue teaching through this difficult and challenging year. Revival has changed and remarkably grown this year again to be more than I could have imagined. What a beautiful community and family we have all become.
