24.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As most of you have been made aware, a state wide lockdown has been put in place over the next 6 days in an attempt to contain the most recent COVID-19 Cluster. What this means in regards to the services provided at Revive, is that 'essential services' will continue. This includes Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Clinical Psychology services (via telehealth). However, massage, kinesiology, and naturopathy services will be on hold for the next six days, or u...ntil when the lockdown is called off. Lets practice engaging in proper sanitation practices, safe distancing and good common sense. By supporting each other through this, we will be able to come through this more smoothly on the other side., and avoid a drawn out recovery phase. Stay safe and take care everyone!

17.01.2022 This workshop caters for people who have been thinking about engaging in some form of meditation and/or mindfulness, but want to take it to the next step. Its also for people who want to dive deeper into themselves and find out what they are 'really' about, and are looking for a safe, practical and reliable way of doing that. The techniques taught in this workshop are designed for the modern day seeker who wants to find themselves whilst engaged in the machinations of the modern day world. If this resonates for you, then you know what to do!

12.01.2022 COVID -19 Update The staff and practitioners at Revive would like to thank everyone for their efforts in practicing social distancing and helping to flatten the curve in South Australia. Keep up the good work everyone! As an update, Tina Pargalitti has started back at Revive after a short hiatus. She rejoins Lesley Kemp and Rick Hopton our other two remedial massage therapists at Revive. Even though 'massage parlours' have been closed as part of the lock down, however, it ...has been clarified by the Health department that trained remedial massage therapists have been considered a part of essential services. Remedial massage comprises one of the many health services offered at Revive, including psychology, physiotherapy, chiropractic's, and naturopathy. As COVID-19 restrictions start to ease up in South Australia over the coming weeks, please be mindful to maintain appropriate hygiene practices and social distancing guidelines, so that all health workers in SA can safely continue providing essential health services to the South Australian community.

11.01.2022 The team from Revive would like to wish everyone a safe and restful Christmas and New Year. Reception services at the health centre will be closed after Friday the 18th of December, and will resume on the 4th of January. Lets hope that the New Year will bring greater peace, health, and harmony locally and abroad. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

10.01.2022 In this time of unprecedented national disaster, our hearts go out to everybody and every living thing that has been affected by the fires that burn throughout all the parts of Australia. The Revive Natural Health Centre has donated to this funding page, as the funds will be distributed across to all the states affected. If you are in a position to donate, feel free to contribute what you can.

09.01.2022 The staff and practitioners at Revive would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Easter Break, all whilst observing social distancing guidelines. As an update, Tina Pargalitti, our resident remedial massage therapist is taking a hiatus from work for a period of time. We will inform everyone when she returns back to active therapeutic service. Apart from that, all our essential services will continue being offered at Revive. Take care and stay safe!

07.01.2022 COVID-19 Announcement for Revive Clients. To all our valued clients, the practitioners and staff at Revive have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it has been unfolding and are aware of the shut down to non-essential services announced by the Government effective from Wednesday 25th March at midnight. In light of the above, as we do provide essential health services at Revive, we will continue to remain open to meet your health care needs.... In line with latest sanitation and physical-distancing guidelines, Our waiting room chairs have been spaced out to align with distancing recommendations. High touch areas are disinfected regularly, including the reception area, door handles, HiCAPS terminals, etc. Other non-essential high touch items such as magazines have been cleared from the reception area. Our practitioners employ proper hand washing/sanitation protocol, and treatment services are sanitized regularly. For those accessing psychology services at Revive, there is also the option of telehealth sessions through phone/video consults for clients who want to self-isolate or socially distance from home. Clients who prefer to wait in their cars or outside can ask reception to call them when their practitioner is ready to see them. In the interests of public health and safety, and in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 We ask that any clients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms DO NOT attend at the health centre, but instead seek medical attention. Likewise, any clients who have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 or has travelled internationally inside the last 14 days are asked to self-isolate. As such, any clients presenting with flu-like symptoms will be asked to leave the centre to seek medical attention. They can re-attend when they are symptom free. Please also observe physical distancing guidelines at the reception counter. Thankyou for your understanding and co-operation in upholding these guidelines so that we can continue to support you and your health needs through these unprecedented times.

05.01.2022 Hi Everyone, As part of the new COVID Safe Regulations set by the SA Health Department, our health centre along with many other businesses have been issued with a QR code as an effort to improve contact tracing. From Tuesday 1st of December onwards clients will be required to scan the QR Code each time they come to the health centre. If you don't have a QR code scanner on your smart phone, there are scanner apps that can be downloaded for free. For those who don't have a smart phone, or have left their phone at home, pen and paper sign-ins will be another option. Thankyou to everyone in advance for your support and cooperation. Lets hope that SA becomes Covid free again in the near future.

05.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Adelaide is experiencing record heat wave conditions this week and especially today with 45C plus temperatures expected. Please keep yourselves, family and pets well hydrated and cool during these sweltering conditions. Its also a good idea to check on the welfare of elderly neighbours and relatives, and to leave a bowl of water outside for any native birds and animals. Enjoy the long weekend coming up and stay safe everyone!
