Nothing beats moving your body in the morning, it could be a walk, run or some stretching. Something is better than nothing . 21.01.2022 What a beautiful day to teach Pilates in the sun . Im very grateful to work for an organisation that offers Mat Pilates classes in our lunch break! Allowing staff to step away from the desk to stretch, sweat and recharge is such an important part of our mental and physical health. I know I always feel better for it with much more mental clarity heading into the afternoon . What can you do in your lunch break to break the routine? ... 04.01.2022 What a glorious Sunday! . Dook and I went for a hike, stopped in for a quick dip in the Kiewa River (Dook not me) and now we are enjoying some lunch in the sun . In a time of so much uncertainty I think its important to take some time for you. Doing whatever it takes to fill your cup. For us its exercise, listening to nothing but the noises around us and soaking up sunshine when its available!! Oh and of course PILATES...... . We are back on again today at 4.30pm. 02.01.2022 LAST MONTH I cannot believe that 2020 is coming to an end what a year it has been As some of you are aware, November will be my last month of teaching ... for a little while anyway... But I promise I will be back in the New Year, with no set return date in mind at this stage however. I will keep you posted ... For our last month, I’ve tried to clear my calendar to ensure classes will run EVERY Sunday and Thursday until 26th November. I hope to see you all at some time during the month of November for one last Mat class See more
