11.01.2022 We offer dry needling at Revive as part of most physio visits. Dry needling is sometimes referred to as ‘western acupuncture’. The aim of needling is to release tight bands in muscle called trigger points this in turn ‘normalise muscle tone’ - so the muscle can be up or down regulated. Dry needling is particularly helpful for headaches, rotator cuff issues, low back pain and gluteal tightness
