16.01.2022 Benefits of Epsom Salts ~ Epsom salts are made up of magnesium sulfate, which is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. Epsom salts have been used for hundreds of years to help treat and alleviate many ailments such as: ... ~ Soreness in muscles ~ Joint Stiffness ~ Swelling & Strains ~ Promote better sleep & relaxation. ~ Relive constipation ~ Magnesium sulfate may also help relieve symptoms of Asthma, such as shortness of breath as it relaxes the bronchial muscles & expands the airways, acting as a bronchodilator, allowing more air to the lungs. ~Other uses known to be used by Epsom salts are as a fabric softener in washing machines. ~ As a fertiliser to help overcome magnesium sulfate deficiencies in soil, for citrus, tomatoes & lettus, or as a foliar spray. Although many of these claims have not been scientifically proven. There have been many people who have felt and experienced many of the above benefits. Perhaps it is the Magnesium which is found in the salts that is of most benefit and the combination of soaking in warm water that aids in the benefits mentioned above experienced by many people. 15.01.2022 Depending on how light or dark the discolouration of the skin is where you can see the Cupping marks, indicates how healthy or unhealthy the area is. It indicates how much blood stagnation there is, toxin accumulation, or dampness accumulation in your body. The lighter the colour - healthy pink - indicates healthy tissues and muscles in those areas, the darker the colour indicates tissue and muscles in that area are less healthy and there is a build up of more blood stagnation and toxins in that area.

I'll also be available at Form Fit and Function Health clinic at Parramatta every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 - 9pm.
