Relax your shoulders, don’t hold your breath. 1. Flatten your upper and lower lip together, press them down against one another. Add the resistance of the lips to one another. Use the resistance of lower lip to push your upper lip and use the resistance of upper lip to push the lower lip. Hold the corners of your mouth with your index finger and push it slightly upwards and hold this resistance for count of 10-20. We are trying to flatten the vertical lines just above and around the lips. You will feel the muscles working in your lips. This exercise will bring the good blood circulation in the lips, bring the strength back in your lips, reduce sagging, firm up the lips and will hold the pout. 2. Run your tongue around and inside of your mouth clockwise and anti clockwise directions for few times. This will strengthen the Orbicularis Oris muscles in the lips which encircles the mouth.
