14.03.2022 Week 4 of our training block has kicked off with the start of the BUILD phase this week. PERFORM - time to put your perfected technique and confidence in your key lifts to work. Expect to see those % of your 1RM start to rise with your reps sitting at 6 throughout your main lifts this week. Get ready to move some weight MOVE - we have hit our PUMP week! Plenty of strength work in Series 1, we add some volume in Series 2 and then bring it home with a functional pump fin...isher for Series 3. Expect to feel the burn after our specific muscle group sessions and feeling fatigued in the best way possible.
