Deadlifts Strict Press Back Squats Bench Press We cant express just how amazing this is! You should all be SO proud of the commitment and dedication you all have shown over the past 9 weeks All that hard work speaks for itself Looking forward to seeing what your next lot of goals are in the gym and doing all we can to help you get there Now, moving forward. In the following weeks the program will be altered to give you all a break from PERFORM and MOVE.
