22.01.2022 #Mindfulness #Self: Basic Self Care We lose self confident sometimes was not because of our capabilities, but because of the people around us and our own mind. Subconsciously, we always seek approvals from others. That was why when they told us that we are not good enough, it affects our confidence and less believing of ourselves.... Change that by starting with 'I am...' to ourselves everyday. Eg: I am loved. I am worthy. I am strong. I am smart. And etc...

22.01.2022 #Mindfulness #Self: Basic Self Care Don't stress. It's OK to make mistakes. Don't repeat them, but learn from the failures.

21.01.2022 #Mindfulness #Self: Basic Self Care Have you had those moments that you and others thought that it won't happened, but it did? And deep down inside, you actually felt that it'll happen? Say 'I can' not 'I can't'. Our mind is powerful, so powerful that when we believe that we can and are able to, it will become reality. Same as when we say 'I can't', and it will come true.

19.01.2022 #Mindfulness #Relationship: Master the Power of Words Don't speak when we are angry. Don't think too deep when we are angry.... When we are angry, all our emotions are drawn towards to win or free ourselves from the situation, but irrationally and risky. That's when most regretful and hurtful incidents happened. So next time, calm down ourselves first before taking the next move.

12.01.2022 Mindfulness Self: Basic Self Care Breathing can calm our mind and emotion. Deep breathing can make everything feels alright and gives us a clearer mind. It brings more oxygen to our brain and relaxes our body. Next time when we feel sad, panic, anxious or angry, do x3 slow and deep breathing. We'll instantly feel better and also preventing us doing something regretful.

11.01.2022 #Mindfulness #Self: Basic Self-Care Be #kind to ourselves everyday. This includes being nice, speaking of nice/#positive words of ourselves and don't judge our own failures too harsh.
