25.01.2022 The QLD CTP scheme has given so much back to injured victims and whilst we dont make super profits ourselves, the current scheme has allowed us to hire 15-18 staff in two small QLD based offices creating jobs in a tough economic climate. CTP insurers make SUPER profits, we are often blown away when reading their annual reports regarding this profit. At the moment some of these insurers are spending big on fear-mongering campaigns under the disguise of public education, th...ese campaigns are misleading and have the purpose of making the public believe that our current CTP scheme isnt good enough. Ultimately this is the first baby steps towards CTP insurers pushing to implement a defined benefits scheme which means less for injured victims. Issues that QLDs CTP scheme have had in the past have been addressed and oour CTP scheme is one of the fairest and most affordable schemes in Australia. See more

Our firms software is all cloud based, we can attend on any conference or meeting via video link with an easily downloaded app called zoom and our phone system is easily transportable. We have always been advanced with our technology and our staff are prepared and ready to work from home although for now we will continue to work onsite at our Springwood and Slacks Creek offices with added health and safety measures in place. QLD continues to have one of the cheapest CTP schemes in all of Australia. CTP insurance companies in QLD are pushing strongly to take away the rights of the majority, which will mean that you pay more and get less if you are injured. CTP is a couple of hundred dollars cheaper in QLD which makes a big difference to everyday Queenslanders.
