18.01.2022 Why do people not pay there rent even after being warned and expect nothing to happen. Oh well keeps me in a job....not so nice surprise in the morning when they get to work and their key doesn't work after I've changed all the locks.

02.01.2022 What not to do when installing a sliding security door lock. I Went to a job recently to replace sliding security door lock that wasn't working and found this. Someone had cut the triple lock bar while installing. Being lazy rather than adjusting the door. It stops working after not too long as they cut it too short and by altering the lock probably voids warranty.
