25.01.2022 Customer came past with their land rover that had a strange rattle sound coming from the drivers side rear muffler. we cut the muffler open to find that the catalytic converter had failed and broken apart and made its way into the rear muffler! we then welded the piece we cut back onto the muffler and installed it all back on the car!... 23.01.2022 Xr5 Turbo This xr5 came past for a custom rear exhaust setup. We utilised the existing rear mufflers and fabricated a custom rear setup in twin 3" for the muffler side and twin 2.5" for the straight pipe side.... This included an electronic valve which when closed the ehxuast gasses would travel through the mufflers and be quiet. 18.01.2022 Nissan Patrol the owner of this patrol came past to get the fabrication sorted after swapping out turbo manifolds we fabricated a 3" stainless steel dump pipe as well as a screamer pipe with the option of a plumb back wastegate. The dump pipe had to be modified due to the turbo having to be rotated for manifold clearance. We then relocated the power steering reservoir to allow the hot side intercooler piping to sit lower. We then modified the turbo manifold to accept a external gate and swapped out the rear housing on the turbo with a TiAL Sport rear housing.
