21.01.2022 Had a few Carport designs lately. Here are a few options for Carports. Need to consider how the roof will look from the inside of the house as well! Large Gable style roofs tend to be rather invasive. Flat Purlin (Hampton) style roofs less so but collect litter. Quite a bit to consider but worth the effort to end up with the best option.

19.01.2022 It's been a while since a post. Been very busy. As of late we are doing a lot of 2 storey additions to the rear of older homes. It has always been popular, as there are serious savings not having to raise or renovate the ground floor to gain the extra space. How to arrange the rooms and getting the look right are just a couple of the usual conundrums we face. It is certainly worth considering if you are proposing to increase the size of your home. Views below depict two different options for the new top floor, two storeys at rear - bay windows and the like help to soften the bulk and stair over stair configuration - great if you can achieve it.
