20.01.2022 Many thanks to Captain Rod Lovell who supported the RFDS Fleurieu Support Group via the sale of his new book 'Hero to Zero' by raising $430. The book signing and associated presentation by Rod at Goolwa Airport on November 3rd also provided great opportunity for those present to learn more and to spend time checking out the visiting planes. Thank you.

12.01.2022 Now this is a serious piece of kit. South Australia's first purpose-built aeromedical jet, and one of only three in the world. The Royal Flying Doctor Service o...f Australia unveiled their RFDS Medi-Jet 24 today. It will slash the flying time of long-haul critical patient evacuations as well as offer increased capacity and improved patient loading. South Australia has a treasured partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and I congratulate the RFDS and those involved in funding the $13 million jet.
