21.01.2022 Do you prioritise others needs over your own? Are you aware of what it takes for you to feel nourished and connected to your core? When we look after ourselves first it enables us to be more present and do more to help others. What does it take for you to nourish yourself? Personally, it's taken me two years to come to terms with the fact I need to slow down and nurture myself before I can be of any benefit to others. I take time each week to reconnect with my core. Whether that's a simple yoga class, getting up early to see the sunrise or daily mindfulness. A sneaky massage or a visit to my Kinesiologist helps to keep me in check too!
