04.01.2022 Coaching is hard. Never think it's a simple life. Not only is it a dedication to life learning it's a dedication to all level of runners over all distances and paces. Be it a PB or running extraordinary distances there are always so many high points to go with the challenges. On the weekend in the @sunrun.coleclassic It was the third year RG has had a runner on the podium in the 7k or 10k. This year it was @emmabrown3797 winning the 7k off the back of a tough few weeks. @hb...ananazzz finished 4th in the 7k (just beating her dad) and RGCoach & Athlete @moomcadam01 finishing 4th in the 10k. A strong show from the RG girls ( a few in the top 5/10 age group as well) leading the way for all of the RG runners. Well done to all of the RG runners and all other runners.
