23.01.2022 A pretty solid effort at Saturday’s destruction class. This class has been run for around 12 years now in our shearing shed to help prepare our applicants for Black Belt. Rhee TaeKwon-Do students receive this training at no charge, because it’s about the art. #gungahlin #martialArts #Canberra #SelfDefence

11.01.2022 Bu Sabum Ryan teaches at Amaroo Dojang on Monday and Wednesday evenings. He's working towards his First Dan grading, a test that requires a number of board breaks.
