18.01.2022 Canberra students and Sabum came together for a Sunday evening training session followed by Black belt training. We covered a wide range of skills and sent everyone home happy, sweaty and ready for our Action day with Master Rhee soon. Great job everyone!

13.01.2022 Sunday night is the Combined Regional Training session. 5:30 pm start at Mother Teresa school, Harrison. Come and train with other students and Instructors from the ACT region. We will be using the COVID-19 sign in QR code - bring a phone!

10.01.2022 I'm looking forward to our first class of 2021. 6:15pm tomorrow night, the rubber hits the road on a new training year. See you all there!
