16.01.2022 We are FULL now for Private sessions. It's good to see everyone eager to get back into the training. For all the new bookings and regulars just remember to bring your own gloves, towel and water bottle and don't come to training if your sick. Thanks guys

15.01.2022 At rhema boxing we want to create an atmosphere where everyone's welcome. Love having people that have never stepped foot in a gym but say they feel so comfortable here. Also love seeing the hard work people put in each and every week!

11.01.2022 I'm just so thankful to each and everyone of you for your support. We have managed to sheet half the roof (in just three days just!) just from everyone coming together. Even through this pandemic where ppl have lost jobs, even though we aren't running group classes yet and even people who haven't even been to the gym have just come together and made it possible for us. I don't even know how to thank you all. But just know we are so appreciative!

06.01.2022 Sorry we have been quiet lately. You may or may not know but our family has been going through a bit trying to come to terms with some not so great news. We have been getting a lot of messages about when we are opening back up the group classes. Loving all the support, but atm we will still just be offering private sessions. I have had some spots opened up so message me for availability.

You have probably all seen the ripped tarp from the storms, but now we are wanting to replace it with more permanent roofing with your help. ... So we just putting together this fundraiser to fund the costs of the sheets. If you would like to support and buy a ticket that ticket will be used to buy one roof sheet. We are selling tickets for $50. Buy a ticket and choose a number and we will draw for the prize in three weeks. 04.01.2022 Sad to hear the update on the covid around springfield area. Just a reminder to anyone coming into the gym, if you have any flu like symptoms please don't come to training. Bring your own gloves and water bottles too please, And remember to use the sanitiser before as soon as you come. Thanks guys.

03.01.2022 Bit of a mother and daughter bonding session last week. Sorry still don't have any afternoon availabilities (I know there's quite a few people waiting for a spot to open). But I have a few morning sessions opened up. We have 530am mon-fri now available. Also 7am mon, wed, thur, Friday. And wed 6,630am.
