17.01.2022 Missing girl, Victoria Point Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 12-year-old girl reported missing from Victoria Point. The girl (pictu...red) was last seen on Darren Close at around 8:30pm last night and has not been by friends or family since. Police hold concerns for her welfare as this behaviour is out of character. The girl is described as Caucasian, is approximately 160cm tall, of a slim build with long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing dark clothing and carrying a black bag with pink straps. Anyone with information about the girls location is urged to contact police. 17.01.2022 Hi Church just wanted to share a Word God has put on my heart. There are certain times when we can become fearful in the face of trials and trouble, even as faith filled christians were not exempt of these times. I know the enemy has tried to get me into fear but we need to recognise when fear is creeping in (fear is faith placed on the wrong things) so we need to flip it, place faith in its rightful place "Gods Word"... The trap of fear is cunning, that at the first sign of trouble, we can begin to shrink back feeding fear with contrary thoughts to what God would have us feed on in these times... Today we have been accustomed to a world of convenience and we usually dont do well with fear, suffering, trouble, pain and inconvenience of any type; these times become unsettling and frightening. Its in these times we need to run directly to the Word of Truth... (We cant give place to the lies, what we see with our eyes and hear with our ears) We need be Spiritually attuned. Seeing with our Spiritual eyes and hearing with the ears of our hearts, our spiritual ears... What is God telling you? or trying tell you? God has lead me to meditate on Psalm 91. Im feeding my Spirit on this truth, the truth of the character and person of my Father God. I want to encourage you all find what God wants to tell you and feed on that... let His word become your shield against fear, against contrary thoughts, against Corona, against anything that is trying to rob you from all or anything that Jesus has accomplished for YOU on the cross. Remember how David faced the giant Goliath and be joyful and thankful that we can defeat our giants too. We can attack fear rather than letting it rule us. You are much more than your feelings. Youre a powerful, wise, loved child of God, and you can do whatever you need to do in life through Christ, who is your strength (Phil 4:13). I believe God is doing a new thing. On the other side of this mess is going to be a message on the other side of this test will be a testimony. You were born for this time, its not our time to shrink back but to Arise and give thanks to our God for He is only good, and we are going to witness His goodness. Joshua 1:8-9 NIV Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
