19.01.2022 It's time for a market update! August was another very busy month for our sales team. We fielded plenty of buyer enquiry and achieved our owners some very strong results via auction and our off market campaigns. When it comes to the current rental market in our area, it continues to be price driven with tenants looking for value amongst the higher stock levels. Rentals continue to trend lower and stock levels remain higher than what is traditional, especially in the apartment market, however we have seen the number of vacancies drop considerably from the heights we experienced in May. Overall the market is stable, however still well and truly in favour of tenants.
