14.05.2022 6.49pm Louis bazzo six mile from Cootharaba side. Water has gone down a little since lunch time. Much more rain predicted tonight so be careful. With the ground so waterlogged trees are also more likely to uproot so be careful getting about and avoid unnecessary travel. Remember, if it’s flooded forget it

11.04.2022 Road Closure Six Mile Bridge on Louis Bazzo Drive at about 5.45am Wednesday morning. We have also had reports of a bit of water over McKinnon Drive at Louis Bazzo end. Wowsers that was some serious rain overnight with more expected. ... Make sure you are monitoring the Noosa Council Disaster Dashboard and watching for BOM weather warnings. Take extreme caution on the roads if you need to travel and remember it’s not just water over the road that you need to be careful of, falling trees are also a huge danger If you don’t need to be on the roads we suggest you don’t drive. Remember if it’s flooded forget it. Our emergency services will be stretched with this weather so stay safe.
