The bottom s...hackle stays closed, with the pin on the outside, to prevent it interfering with the other. Your rope ties in on the outside as well, for hauling the point up to the steel. 15.01.2022 This photo is of a Rock Exotica Omni-Block failure from a friend who wishes to remain anonymous. However, I've been given permission to share these photo's. For...tunately, the problem was discovered before any injury or damage. Apparently, the swivel screw 'unscrewed' itself during light, cyclic, rigging loads. There was no visible damage to any of the threads. It may have been the result of the swivel retaining setscrew not being adequately torqued or thread locked during manufacturing and was not adequately inspected while in use.
