We pick a day, park down at south Tamarama by 7am, then spend an hour wandering up to and around the headland at Marks Park. Croissant & hot chocolate at the pop up cafe. At school by 9(ish!). As a gesture of gratitude and thanks, Rhubarb Food Co-op's Directors have now made donations of $300 on behalf of members to both the NSW Rural Fire Service and Farmers for Climate Action.

Given the recent closure of a number of non-essential services today, we have decided to temporarily cease operations within Rhubarb for the foreseeable future. The health and welfare of our members, and members of the community are at the forefront of our decision. Whilst we were able to adopt social distancing measures early on, we feel that under this crisis, and the 100% volunteer nature of the co-op at a sh...ared community venue, it will be difficult to continue to ensure that high safety measures are met. For any members who have completed their order this week, we will refund you with a credit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, or utilise our community to reach out if anyone is in trouble or can't leave the house. There are some very generous members who are willing to help those in need and together we can find that silver lining that keeps our community strong. We thank you for your support.
