20.01.2022 Morning folks! Today is the grand opening of Cocktails (we think someone forgot to tell the weather man). Do not fret, there will still be plenty of covered seating. We are open from 12pm to 12am. Entry will be through both the Cocktails on Kent entrance (look for the big red gate) and Rhubarb Rhubarb. There will be an opening and welcome speech from the owners and introduction to our fantastic team at 5pm. The GF will be played this evening also. ... Look forward to seeing you.

A delightful Sancerre that we will be selling tonight only dine in or takeaway ($60) . ABOUT SANCERRE: A Sancerre is a French wine Appellation dorigine contrle (AOP) for wine produced in the area of Sancerre in the eastern part of the Loire Valley, southeast of Orlans. ... Despite the subtle nuances of each vineyard in the area, all Sancerre has similarities: high acidic and mineral qualities. It is unique because unlike a NZ Sauvignon Blanc which is also acidic as well as fruity (Its difficult to have one without the other), the Sancerre has a distinct absence of fruity qualities. So come on in and give it a go

Rhubarb Rhubarbs new trading hours will commence on Thursday 4 October 2018. These new hours of trade are Thursday - Sunday (6pm - late). Rhubarb Rhubarb will continue to take bookings. Existing bookings (except functions) falling outside these new hours of trade are vacated with apologies. Cocktails on Kent - a Cafe Courtyard Bar will open on Sunday 30 September 2018 at 12pm. 01.01.2022 Our Rhubarb family is deeply saddened to inform that our beloved Katie passed away unexpectedly last week. She was a part of the restaurant having worked here for nearly two decades and a great old gal who will be dearly missed. She was a kind, generous soul and dear friend. Our Fridays and Saturdays were always better when Katie was in the house. May she Rest In Peace. For those wishing to attend her funeral will be tomorrow on Tuesday 7 August 2018, 10:30am at the Garde...n Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Rd, Bridgman Downs. Friends and family have been asked to wear bright colours in particular Katies favourite, purple.
