25.01.2022 What a fun morning we had at our trial class! so lovely to meet you and your children. We sang songs, played the bells and shakers, did activities, spelled our names and learnt 4 signs which are great for communication with little ones.. 21.01.2022 All our classes, and the premises we use are all following covid safe plans. Everyones health and safety is our priority. What does this mean? All our toys and instruments are sanitised before and after each use Separate toys for different classes each day Hand sanitiser must be used by everyone before, during and after class We have contact details of everyone at our classes ... The room has a limit on the number of people attending class. We teach classes outside where possible If you or your child are unwell please do not attend We are following government guidelines for a safe and fun class any questions please ask. 20.01.2022 It was our Christmas break up party today! We played Christmas songs, danced around, played with the hoola hoops to music and had lots of fun. We would like to thank Violet, Dusty, Mabel and Millie for a lovely term of Music and AUSLAN!

19.01.2022 What a great morning we had at our holiday workshop! We sat round in a group and learnt the alphabet and how to sign our names in AUSLAN. We played games where we had to guess the colour signs for red, green, yellow and blue and walk to the correct cone. We played musical games dancing until the music stopped. We hopped on one foot the rhythm of the drum. At the end, we had the most creative group of kids writing their own song lyrics! Dogs, Unicorns, Beagles, and feeding babies were their topic choices! 17.01.2022 We had a full house today with some families who saw the fun outside and joined in! Today we sang songs and copied the signs we played with the bells and did some rhythm work. We looked at the Irish drum ( Bodhrn) and we all had a turn Then we had fun with the jumping game! Ashar loved the guitar again and reading the animal book. We learnt the signs for dog, cat, horse, and fish. Violet loved doing the goldfish sign Dusty brought her gorgeous companion dog Teddy to cl...ass today, what a good boy Dusty loved playing the Irish drum. What a lovely class everyone! 16.01.2022 Today was our Graduation Day for Term 3! Well done to Dusty, Winnie, Violet and Ashar for completing our first term. We have had lots of fun, today we had some water play with the song Five Little ducks, and 12345 once I caught a fish alive... We reviewed our signs for transport, colours and animals Everyone got a certificate and a tambourine or shaker. ... 15.01.2022 Our new Class dates are ready! FREE TRIAL class Thursday 16th July 9.30am 6 Week Class starts Thursday 23rd July 9.30am $170 for 6 weeks at Sandgate ... Due to Covid safe practices there are a few new guidelines: 5 children per class( with 1 adult each) Separate toys/instrument for each child Hand sanitiser in use Bookings Essential....We are going to contact everyone previously registered, and we will have a waiting list. 12.01.2022 Thursday's are a busy day! Dusty had a private class this morning She is doing so well with her Auslan and she loved singing the Christmas songs today Plus her favourite activity...colouring and drawing. We had a session with the beautiful children at Tumble Tots Mcdowall/Hiyoko En Japanese, one of the children tried to be a teacher!... They love all the high energy songs and learnt the AUSLAN for Santa Claus Riley did great in his private class, he is starting to remember the order of the activities. He was singing nicely today and played races with different transport, especially monster trucks. He enjoyed singing Jingle Bells at the end Well done everyone! Rachel and Robyn See more

11.01.2022 Another fun and lively class today! we even had Dusty and Winnie Grandmas join in the fun. We brought our favourite teddies today and played the game Wheres my teddy? and learnt the signs. 11.01.2022 In todays class we had lots of fun with colours. We learnt the sign for Go and Dusty did a great job with this new sign...saying go then rolling the ball in the tubes. Violet did great in her first class and knew all the words to Twinkle Twinkle little star, she learnt the sign for spider, and some colours. Dusty was tired by the end and fell asleep to Twinkle Twinkle holding the little star

11.01.2022 Hello My Name is Lucas! This week is deaf awareness week with a campaign encouraging people to have a go at signing their name in AUSLAN. Lucas is learning and you can see he swaps between left and right dominant hands. We are working on this

10.01.2022 We had a smaller class today due to a few children off sick, but we had a good chat and play with everyone today. We learnt some new songs and Five little ducks was fun with the sign for duck We learnt transport signs and played with the toys. Ashar loved the helicopter and managed to spin the propeller! Violet liked the police motorbike and the soft coloured balls. We also had a play on the keyboard which the children loved Next week is our last class for this term, until next term starts Thursday 22nd October

06.01.2022 We had a home visit with Riley today. He absolutely loves hiding and finding his animal toys as we sing Old Macdonald had a farm! He is doing so well with his rhythm and counting today 1,2,3. We learnt some colours in AUSLAN with the balls and rolled them through the tube. Great work Riley, see you next week!
