25.01.2022 Shift Happens... Feeling inspired? Looking for inspiration? Looking for what's next? Not the easiest questions to answer considering what's going on in the world.... I'm just putting the finishing touches on the next webinar in the "Grow Your Mind Garden" series called "WHY Inspiration Matters". Join us and book a spot here for the live webinar. >>>>>save my seat<<<<< https://www.rhythmmassage.com.au/co/why-inspiration-matters The webinar date: Monday 12th October CPE/CEU's available for attendance Inspiration awakens us to new possibilities!! Inspiration matters to who we are and how we find our moments and how we seek our creativity and gain our focus. Inspiration awakens us to the new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations. Inspiration also propels us forward from apathy to possibility and transforms the way that we understand our own capabilities. And so this webinar is all about how do we find the inspirational moment? How did we prepare ourselves to have that moment, and how do we make the best use out of it once inspiration strikes? The science behind inspiration suggests that there are three stages to it. 1. It's about the evocation of the feeling. 2. It's about the transcendence of our normal routine and capabilities. 3. And it's about the motivation or the clarity or that crystal moment that hits you and the idea or the ah-ha moment awakens within you. The course material and the webinar will help to give you some tools and techniques in how to take your inspirational moment and make it into something that's fantastic for your life and that drives you forward and that challenge you and inspires you. So my promise to you is I will inspire you. Just jump on board and join me for the course and for the live webinar. I'll see you in the classroom or online really soon.

03.01.2022 Always start every MLD with the opening sequence (or if you have limited time the abbreviated opening sequence) Learn more and Study MLD online https://www.rhythmmassage.com.au/courses/mld-online Hi everybody.... Michelle Vassallo from Rhythm Massage Development and education. Continuing my top 10 tips for a successful and excellent lymphatic drainage. Today's tip number three is when you are delivering a lymphatic drainage, no matter what section of the body you're working on. And no matter how long or short you're intending for that routine to be, I always recommend doing the opening sequence as a way to get the lymphatic system and the lymphatic fluid working and the fluid moving through the body. So matter, no matter whether you're doing a 15 minute face routine or you're going to be doing in half a hour client treatment appointment when you're going to be doing a little bit of remedial massage, plus a little bit of MLD always start with the opening sequence. That's not negotiable. And then the thing is, if you've got a short treatment time and you would have heard this in the classroom, I always talk also about the abbreviated opening, so the abbreviated opening is also an opening sequence, but you get it done in half the time. So instead of doing 10 stationary circles when you're stationery and four passes over an area. When you're moving, for example, along the top of the supraclavicular the abbreviated opening cuts everything in half. So you'd be doing five circles instead of 10 or two passes along an area instead of four. That's it for my number three Top 10 tips for a successful lymphatic drainage Bye, guys.
