23.01.2022 Shout out to our customer Geoff Richards Panel Beating for doing wonderful work in their local community encouraging young ones to join the repair industry by offering tours of their immaculate facility and work experience opportunities. #GivingBack "Lewis Richards our Spraypainting manager demonstrated one of our R&I Zamebsi Z-Air Plus Spray Booth fitted out with the IRT PowerCure. Operated by an external computer which tracks the position and status of the paint curing.... The Zamebsi Z-Air Plus Spray Booth and with the IRT PowerCure will turn on and off the individual lamps in a fraction of a second, in order to only use the energy needed for curing the paint job. This radically reduces the energy consumption and cures the paint from the inside and out, without retaining solvents and moisture. This is why the car can be polished and processed further immediately after cool down. So basically we can dry a panel in 6mins compared to 30mins. We are the only shop west of Sydney to have the IRT PowerCure which demonstrates our commitment to investing in technology that helps us provide a better service and help save our Environement.
