One of our own, and a long-time member of the Melbourne hospo family, Mr Jimmy Duffield decided one day that he would hang up his cocktail strainer for a little while, and venture into pastures new (quite literally) by starting his own regenerative, organic little farm with only the best quality ethically grown produce on offer.
