25.01.2022 Over the weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of donating a defibrillator to the Leitchville CFA. You may recall back in January that Kay pledged to donate money to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal, feeling helpless watching those tragic events unfold. Then we heard the devastating news that the Leitchville CFA had been broken into, with thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen. So she took the opportunity to donate those funds a little closer to home. We have some strong ties here at Rich River Physio to the Leitchville community, with Kay attending the Cohuna hospital for many years. Also, our physiotherapist Sabah Fry and office manager Jodie Lake both grew up in Leitchville. It was a pleasure to see the money go towards such a worthy cause and a highly appreciative community. With the uncertain times we still face and ongoing restrictions we unfortunately have decided to hold off on restarting our classes until the New Year.
