25.01.2022 Hi everyone this is just a good reminder to sit back in your own value and two really appreciate yourself. A good reminder also is if someone's does try and devalue you it doesn't belong to you and it's not yours, so if you've taken it on, bring back the experiece into awareness and send it back to them so they can own it. Say the following.... this experience does not belong to me and it does not come from me or through me, so I send it back from whence it came so it may rest where it belongs and it is done".
