22.01.2022 SILO Paddington was one of our first thought out, sustainable design concepts and is very close to me personally. Both Jessie and I had a vision to create this amazing space, in an iconic, 130 year old bakery warehouse in Paddington, where we could create a community for creative entrepreneurs, to be able to hold workshops, events and meet like minded people. This original building hadnt been used in over a decade and was somewhat not fit to breathe in, let alone walk in, ...on some areas. We both knew an opportunity like this doesn't present itself everyday and after the initial inspection, sparks where flying and we knew that we could create something amazing here. After two weeks of planing and sketching, I was able to put together a 3D walk through concept and a proposal for what we had in mind and what better person to sell the dream, than Jessie. SILO Paddington has been in our hands for 12 months this month and is going amazing due to our vision and carefully laid out design, which has helped bring the space to life.

15.01.2022 I really enjoyed reading this article on ArchDaily with Alterstudio - architekt, zahradní architekt that spoke about the site in its natural settings and the dilemma of building a house that achived the clients needs, protectiection from for the harsh sun and working around the sites natural landscape of beautifl shading trees.
